BEAD dates from the 1780s and was designed by Hester Bateman. Beading - inspired by pearls - has been used as a decoration since Roman times. Pearls were almost a currency in earlier centuries, so are a logical decoration for silver cutlery. This Classic silver plated cutlery is handcrafted and has an average plating deposit of 30 microns.

Our standard sets are based on the 7 piece place set - table knife, table fork, soup spoon, dessert knife, dessert fork, dessert spoon and tea spoon.  All pieces are also sold individually.  We have a wonderful choice of cutlery cabinets and tables too.
