LONDON - was introduced in 2004 and shows David Mellor's characteristic mastery of form. LONDON is relatively weighty but still wonderfully elegant as well as good to hold. David Mellor was no mere knife and fork stylist; he understood the behaviour of metals and the physics of tools and this is demonstrated brilliantly in this modernist design. This superb cutlery is beautifully sculpted - see the profile of the fork below - its subtleties accentuated by its special silky matt finish and distinctive off-set maker's mark on the knife handle.

Standard sets are based on the 7 piece place set which consists of a table knife, table fork, soup spoon, dessert knife, dessert fork, dessert spoon and tea spoon.
