RATTAIL - originated in the 17th century. Its distinctive 'rat tail' was originally a tang of metal which secured the handle to the bowls of the spoons and forks. Rattail has an elegant, tapered shape that has ensured its lasting popularity for generations.

Cutlery sets are based on the 7 piece place set - table knife, table fork, soup spoon, dessert knife, dessert fork, dessert spoon and tea spoon. We also have a 24 piece starter set - 6 table knives, table forks, dessert spoons and tea spoons. The contents of sets can be varied to suit requirements and all pieces are also sold individually - see the list below.
