OSBORNE silver plated cutlery features a coating of pure silver which is deposited by the process of electrolysis onto nickel silver. Osborne cutlery is plated to a generous thickness of 20 microns, which in normal domestic use and following some simple care of cutlery guidelines, carries a 50 year manufacturer's guarantee. Each piece is meticulously polished by hand to achieve a lustrous silver finish.
