Can I send a gift straight to the recipient?

Yes. Just enter their address at checkout — add a gift message in the order comments and we'll include it with the package.

Will it arrive gift-ready?

Most pieces come in a branded presentation box or case, ready to give with no extra wrapping needed. Full sets are always boxed.

How long does engraving take?

Personalised orders typically take 5–7 working days. If you're working to a deadline — a wedding date, a leaving do — call us and we'll do what we can to help.

What if I'm not sure what to buy?

What's your returns policy?

30-day no-quibble returns on anything non-personalised. Engraved pieces can only be returned if faulty.

How much is delivery, and do you ship outside the UK?

UK delivery is free on orders over £50; or £4.95 for orders of less than £50. We ship worldwide using only reputable couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. International shipping rates vary, and will be calculated at checkout according to destination, size, weight and value.
