Loxley Cream Handled Cutlery
Loxley cream handled cutlery is one of the most traditional designs in our cream handled collection. With its classic square London Octagon handle and timeless profile, it brings a distinctly formal and elegant character to the table. Handmade in Sheffield, Loxley is a wonderful choice for those who appreciate traditional English cutlery and want a pattern with real presence.
At Lincoln House Cutlery, we offer Loxley cream handled cutlery in a wide range of sets and individual pieces, making it easy to build a complete service or replace only the items you need. Whether you are buying for everyday use, formal dining or a special family table, Loxley offers the charm of a classic cream handled pattern with the reassurance of modern practicality.
A Classic London Octagon Cream Handled Design
What sets Loxley apart is its beautifully traditional square London Octagon handle. This gives the pattern a more formal and established look than many other cream handled designs, making it especially appealing for customers who want a truly classic table setting.
The table, dessert and tea knives feature a parallel knife blade with a rounded tip, reinforcing the traditional feel of the range. The overall effect is elegant, balanced and unmistakably English, making Loxley particularly well suited to period homes, formal dining rooms and customers who simply prefer timeless rather than contemporary design.
Sets, Single Pieces and Matching Items
Loxley cream handled cutlery is available in a variety of set sizes as well as individual pieces, so you can buy exactly what suits your needs. This flexibility is especially helpful if you are building a set gradually, replacing missing items, or adding extra pieces for entertaining.
We also stock matching cream handled forks, spoons and ancillary knives within the Loxley range, allowing you to create a coordinated service. For customers who prefer a more individual approach, Loxley knives may also be paired with traditional patterned forks and spoons to create a table setting with both character and practicality.
Handmade in Sheffield for Lasting Quality
Each piece of Loxley cream handled cutlery is individually handcrafted by skilled cutlers in Sheffield, England. This traditional craftsmanship gives the range its distinctive quality and ensures cutlery that is attractive, durable and made to be enjoyed for years to come.
The knives are made with high carbon stainless steel blades for a strong cutting edge, while the range is designed to be practical as well as elegant. All pieces are dishwasher safe, making Loxley a particularly good option for customers who want the beauty of traditional cream handled cutlery without compromising on ease of care.
Ideal for Traditional Table Settings
Loxley is an excellent choice for anyone looking to create a classic and well-dressed table. Its traditional styling makes it particularly suitable for formal dining, special occasions and homes where timeless design is preferred over passing trends.
Because the pattern includes both sets and individual pieces, it also works well for customers restoring or extending an existing service. Whether you are choosing a full set for regular use or selecting a few key items to complete a table setting, Loxley offers the enduring appeal of traditional Sheffield cutlery.
